1. The service
Samplesay is operated by AISIGHT DEVELOPMENT S.R.L., a company registered in Bucharest, Romania (sole registration code 47282323, trade register number J40/24050/2022), referred to below as “Samplesay”, “we”, or “us”. You can reach us at office@samplesay.com.
Samplesay provides a hosted survey platform for building surveys, collecting responses, and analysing results — on the web and through the Samplesay Field mobile app. We may change, add, or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate registration information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Samplesay to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- collect personal data without a valid legal basis, or send surveys to people who have not agreed to receive them where consent is required;
- distribute malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the platform’s security or infrastructure.
When you collect responses, you are the data controller for that data and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy law, including providing respondents with any required notices and lawful bases.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the surveys you build and the response data you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you. We do not sell your content or your respondents’ data.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans and billing are currently inactive; the platform is provided with full features at no charge. If we enable paid plans in the future, pricing and payment terms will be presented before you are charged, and payments will be processed by Stripe.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samplesay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or connected to them falls to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
